For print ready artwork we prefer PDF files. Almost all design platforms can produce PDF files. Let us know if you need assistance.

No. Any printer marks such as crop, bleed, registration, color, or page information marks on the print ready file are not necessary.
If your file does not bleed, the document size must be the desired trim size.
If your file does bleed, then it should be .25" larger than the desired trim size.
*Some design platforms such as Canva may automatically include crop marks and that's okay!
Bleed is the concept of extending artwork past the edge of the final trim line. When a document has bleed, it must be printed on a larger sheet of paper and then trimmed down to the finished size.
Without bleed, any artwork that’s intended to be printed to the edge of the page is at risk of either showing slivers of white border or it might be undercut, taking off artwork that you want shown.
Not exactly. Computer screens and printers use different color profiles, so translating digital colors to physical paper may lead to some variations.
If you're concerned about color, you can always request a hard copy proof.
Of course!
