Flats and Large Envelope Sizes


Flats and Large Envelopes that you plan on mailing with a "USPS Postcard Stamp" must meet minimum requirements: Class of Mail

  • First-Class
    • Minimum quantity: 500
  • Standard
    • Minimum quantity: 250
Rectangular in Shape
  • Minimum size: 11.5" wide x 6.125" high
  • Maximum size: 15" wide x 12" high
  • If the mailpiece exceeds these dimensions, then the Postal Service considers it a "flat" and a flat-size postage is charged.
Address/Barcode Area
  • Minimum size: 4" wide x 1.5" high
  • This area must be clear of any design elements for the Post Office's optical scanning equipment.
  • Addresses must be parallel with the longer side of the mailpeice.
Indicia (Stamp Area)
  • The Indicia should be no smaller than 1/2".

  • 6" x 11.5" (postcard)

Variable data can help connect to your audience better! With digital printing we can personalize each printed piece with unique information from a spreadsheet.

Post Office Delivery


Once we've printed the addresses, we'll take it straight to the post office!




Tabbing


Letter-size mail pieces prepared for automation mailings must be secured with wafers (tabbed) to prevent an open edge from jamming high-speed processing equipment. We'll take care of this process in accordance to each post office rules and regulations.




Mail List Set Up


When creating your mail list, please use the following format for your Excel or CSV file:

  • The following shoud have their own separate columns:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Street Address
    • Address 2 (if needed)
    • City
    • State
    • Zip
  • There should be NO blank rows.
  • All capital letters.
  • No puncuation.
