BINDERY & FINISHING

It all comes together in bindery! The finishing of your product is arguably the most important part of the process. If not done correctly, it can overshadow even the best design and printing. Our employees take extra care on every project to ensure each one is perfect.

With our equipment, you are not limited by the format of your final product. By offering in-house bindery solutions, we can maintain a high quality, customized product with a fast turnaround time.

BOOKLET MAKING

Saddle Stitch

  • Consists of folded pages that are gathered together one inside the other and stapled at the spine to form a finished book.

Plastic Spiral/Coil Binding

  • Great option for holding a large quantity of sheets.

  • Allows you to lay your document on a 360 degree angle without risk of damage.

Comb Binding

  • Great for documents that may need adding to later on. The bindings are not permanent, so pages can be added and removed as needed.

  • Lays flat when opened, but can't fold at a 360 degree angle.

COLLATING / GATHERING

Collating is the process of gathering individual sheets and other elements of your printing project and assembling those elements into a final product.

CUTTING

Whether is something we print or paper you bring in, your project can be cut and angled at any desired position. We frequently save our customers money by printing documents multi-up on a page and cutting them down to final size.

Our commercial paper cutters feature razor-sharp carbon steel blades and high-pressure hydraulic clamps to prevent stacks of paper from shifting to guarantee the most precise cuts.

FOLDING

We can hand- or machine-fold projects in a variety of formats, including:

HOLE DRILLING

We have a powerful hydraulic paper drilling machine that features many different sizes of hole drills and enable us to position the hole just about anywhere on a sheet of paper.

LAMINATING

Laminating can prolong the life of your printed projects.

  • It increases durability
